Mawarid Finance the leading finance company announced that it is going to launch a training program covering the Islamic banking and finance industry in the private sector including banks, financial institutions and exchange companies. The program targets the universities' finalist students from the UAE citizens. This announcement has been made yesterday at the opening of the Career UAE 2015, the major recruitment fair in Dubai which is taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre. Mohamed Al Nuaimi, Managing Director and CEO, Mawarid Finance comments "supporting recruitment of the UAE citizens in the finance sector has always been one of our priorities. The program which shall continue for a period of 3 to 6 months, shall offer the participants the necessary training which enables them to find job opportunities in the banking and finance sector and the participants shall be provided with completion certificates in the different specializations within the banking sector, they will also get monthly payment ranging between AED.3000 to AED.5000 per month. This training shall be designed to support the participants' knowledge and provide them with the necessary skills that enable them to handle their jobs professionally". Al Nuaimi added "This initiative comes in line with our social responsibility strategy and our vision to take a leading role in supporting the Islamic finance sector. It also aims at encouraging the UAE youth to join the finance and banking sector".
