Introducing Falak Tayyeb Loyalty Program – the key to enjoying more from your everyday spends. Earn Loyalty Points each time you use your Falak Tayyeb Credit Card for shopping, dining, gifts, holidays and entertainment. The more you spend using your Falak Tayyeb Credit Card, the more points you earn to redeem for cash credits.

Earning is Simple

• Enjoy up to 10% cashback on key categories like Grocery, Dining, and Fuel with your Falak Tayyeb Credit Card (World, Platinum, or Titanium).
• For all other eligible local and international retail transactions, earn 2% cashback per AED 1 spent.

Transaction Period and Cashback Posting Period

• Cashback will be calculated on eligible transactions performed within a specific promotional period.
  Example Period: Transactions made between 16th May to 15th June 2025 will be considered for cashback.
• Cashback for eligible transactions will be credited on a specified date following the end of the transaction period.
  Example Posting Date: Cashback earned for transactions made between 16th May to 15th June 2025 will be posted on 16th July 2025.

General terms and Condition

• Monthly Profit, Fees, Balance Transfer transactions, Easy Payment Plan converted transactions and Cash Withdrawals are not eligible to earn Loyalty Points.
• Cashback on government payments, utilities, charity,rental and telecom spends,quasi cash transactions (including Easy Cash/Balance transfer/Cash oncall) are excluded
• Earned Loyalty Points from Supplementary and Internet Cards will be credited to the Primary Card account.
• Mawarid Finance reserves the right to modify, withdraw or suspend the campaign, at its discretion and without prior notice.
• Loyalty Points are only redeemable if the Credit Card
• Is operating (not cancelled or terminated by the Cardholder or Mawarid Finance, breach of the card agreement or misuse of the program),
• Is not fraudulently operated,
• Is current (no past due balances).

Are all transactions eligible for points?

No. Transactions such as monthly profit, fees & charges, balance transfers, Easy Payment Plan (EPP) conversions, and cash withdrawals do not earn reward points.

Do Supplementary and Internet Cards earn points?

Yes, all eligible spends on Supplementary and Internet Cards earn reward points, which are credited to the Primary Cardholder’s account.

When are the reward points reflected in my account?
